* Have 3-5 years experience working in a hotel restaurant / stand-alone restaurant or café.
* Have relevant certification.
* Support the head chef in all areas of the kitchen, including procurement, planning, etc.
* Be able to act in the shoes of the Head Chef in his or her absence.
* Be able to communicate in English.
* Be able to work under pressure.
* Be a team player, work with waiter / waitresses.
