Job Description
• He should have very good Accounts and finance experience of around 10 years
• CA is a must
• Along with CA MBA finance or M.com will be preferable
• Adept in preparing books of accounts, MIS & maintaining them as per the defined standards
• Abilities in conducting Statutory / Tax / Internal / Operational & Management / Concurrent / Revenue/ Sales Tax audits for Public Limited / Private Limited Companies, Firms, clients & banks
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation, analytical skills and abilities in liaising with banks & financial institutions; with the exposure of working in computerised environment
• Good working knowledge of MS-Office, Accounting Packages
Accounts/ Finance
• Handling preparation and maintenance of various books of accounts as cash book, bank book and fixed assets register to ensure smooth accounting operations.
• Identifying frauds/misrepresentation in books of accounts & reporting the same to client.
• Devising and implementing improved accounting systems for enhancing operational efficiency.
• Coordinating in the preparation of project reports, maintenance and filing of Trial Balance, Profit &loss A/c, Balance Sheet as required by bank authorities and financial institutions
Auditing
• Conducting Statutory / Tax / Internal / Operational & Management / Concurrent / Revenue/ Sales Tax audits for Public Limited / Private Limited Companies, Firms , clients & banks and analyzing existing systems for proposing improvisation measures.
• Preparing audit schedules and ensuring completion of the same within the stipulated time frame.
• Drafting a final audit report containing details about deviations & recommendations with due adherence to accounting principles.
Taxation
• Planning & developing tax structures for direct taxes to optimize taxes for promotion of wealth generation & wealth protection.
• Co-ordinating & guiding clients in assessment, filling & submission of timely returns for compliance under income-tax, sales tax and other indirect laws
• Interfacing with Income-Tax authorities for timely filing of TDS, Service Tax and Sales tax
Experience: 9 - 14 yrs
