Position Description:
Interchick Company is looking for young energetic candidate to fulfill the position of Clerk
Clerk will be expected to carry out the following:
• Book broiler and layer day old chicks for customers
• Distribution of the day old chicks to the allocated customers
• Collect cash from day old chick customers (full or deposit) and issue an official receipt
• Confirm day old chick allocation to customer or cancellation accordingly
• Advice new customers on different types of chicks e.g. layers or broilers
• Raise the delivery note on chicks collected by the customers.
• Ensure the delivery note is duly signed by the customers before collection of the chicks sold.
• Prepare reports on chick sales and cash collection
• Prepare reports on day old chick cash reconciliation reports.
Qualification
• Form four with pass in maths
• Certificate/Diploma in Administration, Accounting or any other related field will be an added advantage.
The candidate should have the following:
• Ability to read and understand English
• Ability to do simple mathematics
• Must be computer literate
