Desired Candidate Profile
• CA or M.Com or B.Com with adequate experience in total finance and accounting system of the organization
• Basic computer literate and knowledge of designing tools like coral draw is an added advantage.
Job Description
• Complete responsibility the finance and accounts system of the company including introduction, implementation and monitoring.
• Prepare daily Journal entries.
• Calculate cost of production and sales and prepare analysis of Sales and Expenses with recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare payroll including various taxes and remit them on a timely basis.
• Maintain and control Inventory of Raw material, Work in process and finished goods.
• Prepare and produce sales invoices.
• Follow up on accounts receivable.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for the management review meetings
• Daily and weekly Production report
• Daily and monthly Inventory report
• Daily Wastage report
• Monthly Income Statement
• Monthly Balance Sheet
• Monthly and quarterly Cash Flow
• Annual Budgets
• Any other reports as required by management
• Hold daily, weekly, monthly and yearly meetings with management to discuss financial reports, cash flows, raw material reports, etc.
• Review and recommend ways to improve accounting systems and plug in any loop holes in system.
• Carry out the documentation and formalities for import and export consignments.
• Prepare and timely execute all the statutory requirements of the government taxation and payments.
• Responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company and timely forecasting
