Job Profile
- Issuing daily cash flow analysis and advising the Director and Finance Manager on the same.
- Responsible for the day to day operations of the Accounts department in Uganda and preparation of all managerial reports
- Posting of accounting data into the system & maintenance of the same.
- Payroll administration – preparing pay slips, employee advances and handling of payroll by-products
- supporting taxation and compliance issues, VAT computations
- Petty cash Management
- Cash and Bank reconciliations
- Costing and Pricing of goods
- Filing of all company documents
- Daily systems back-up
- Monitoring the stocks movement
Person profile
- Diploma in Accountancy or any other related discipline and Or CPA part 2
- 3 years experience
- Microsoft Office & Quick books proficiency required
