SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Ecumenical Church Loan Fund (ECLOF)

Position Description:
The candidates will report to the finance Manager and will; be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze Design creates and Maintain ECLOF Tanzania DSS and user accounts Maintenance of ECLOF Tanzanian Exchange Server
• Installation configuration and maintenance of security software (Anti virus, Anti Spam, Web Monitors, Microsoft ISA Servers, Endpoint protection)
• Evaluates hardware and software requirements
• Assists in installing configuration and supporting new hardware and application software for the network
• Installs, configures and support new hardware and application software and software and infrastructure for server and Network
• Cooperates with all line managers to identify system platform, components and dependencies
• Performs maintenance activities data and system backups and restore
• Develops and maintenance of systems technical documentations
• Coordinate communicate and systems technical documentations
• Performs maintenance activities data and systems backups and restoration
• Performs quality assurance metrics
• Monitor and maintain servers for optimal network performance develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for servers.
• Participates in disaster recovery and business continuity planning process
• To perform any other duties as may assigned from time to time by the finance Manager
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma Computer Engineering Information Technology or similar from a recognized Institution
• At least one years experience in IT or system administration
Salary Scale:
Competitive package as per ECLOF Tanzania Scales
