PRODUCTION MANAGER
We are an agricultural company based in Dar Salaam – Tanzania, but with a distribution network covering the whole country. We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, innovative and hands on individual to fill the position of production Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Plan and co-ordinate daily, weekly and monthly production of the unit in line with projections from sales department.
· Plan and co-ordinate routine machine service and operations.
· Carry out evaluations and analysis so as to identify areas of improvement.
· Offer leadership and direction to the team in the department.
· Compile and submit weekly, monthly and annual reports.
· Ability to work with people with strong organization skills.
Qualifications:
· Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
· A university degree would be an added advantage
· 3 years experience in a production operation.
· Basic IT skills.
