HR Officer(s) Job in Tanzania

Job Description (Duties):

Job Purpose:

* The HR Officer's primary purpose is to deliver effective day-to-day HR support to the organization in country, as well as to execute Managed Services Transition and Transformation plans and activities.
* This role is predominantly focused on establishing and implementing Ericsson HR Administrative and Governace processes and tools, and compensation and benefits practices, to enable effective integration of employees acquired into Ericsson through Managed Services deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Ensure the delivery of professional human resource services to support business operations on human resources matters.
* Provide day-to-day operational HR support to the business on key deliverables, e.g. Performance contracts and appraisals, recruitment and selection, learning and competence development, etc.
* Handle full recruitment process in country from screening, interview coordination offers to on-boarding and orientation of new employees.
* Ensure that administration of local human resources policies and practices within the country are in accordance with Ericsson HR policies and local legislation.
* Work closely with the HR Business partner, HR SME and/or Hub HR Generalist in enabling delivery of human resources projects aiming to improve the overall human resources impact within the country.
* Ensure the achievement of HR service delivery excellence through implementation of Ericsson HR policies, processes and tools.
* Act as an in-country point of contact for the business on all HR operational matters.
* Perform all HR Administration including leave, correspondence, record keeping, benefit administration, payroll preparation, terminations, etc.
* Employee and industrial relations.


Necessary Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline an/or recognition of prior learning required.
* 5-7 years HR generalist experience required.
* Demonstrated HR knowledge and experience across all areas of the discipline (e.g. employee relations, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, talent management, change management etc.)
* Experience in the Telecommunications sector an advantage.
