Position Description:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• The candidate must be a University Graduate in business Administration, Economics or Economics or Commerce with Banking Diploma as an added qualification.

• Minimum experience required is 5 years in a Senior Position with a reputed bank preferably holding similar/higher position.

• He/she must be well versed with commercial banking operations including that of Treasury, Forex and possess a sound knowledge of mortgage and commercial loan products, electronic delivery products, various deposit products and other commercial banking products and services.

• Pleasant personality with strong motivational training and verbal as well as well as written communications skills will be required in the candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The incumbent who will be holding No2 position and reporting to the Managing Director

• Will be responsible among others for administration and efficient running of the branch network ensuring profitability and other performance goals are met

• Customer relationships are maintained all regulatory/legal compliance requirements are met

• Strict discipline is maintained in all the branches at all times

• Losses and other risk areas are effectively controlled

• Branch staff has sound product and processing knowledge

• Head office guidelines/instruction and bank’s policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.

REMUNERATION:
