Position Description:

A Star* 200 roomed hotel seeks candidate with hospitality management qualification, strong training ability and proved track record in hotels or restaurants to manage a high volume, pressurised hotel restaurant. Fluent Swahili preferred. Please ensure CVs reflect ALL the following information:

• Full dates worked at each establishment - start mm/yy TO end mm/yyy

• Detailed description of each hotel / lodge or company worked at

• 2 or 3 contactable references from recent direct superiors - name, position held and current email address or cell number

• Head and shoulders photo
