CA Global:
Africa Positions has a client that is in need of Personal Assistants. The position is available in the following countries:

Tanzania, Angola and Madagascar

Our client would prefer to recruit citizens of each country for each position

Overview:

-Reading, monitoring and responding to email
-Answering calls and handling queries
-preparing correspondence
-Liaising with staff, clients and other relevant stakeholders
-Booking meetings
-Managing the managers electronic diary
-Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
-Managing and reviewing filing and office systems


Requirements:
Education:
Relevant Office Management or Secretarial Degree
Soft skills
: Efficient
-Self-motivated
-Organized
-Good communicator
-Microsoft Office Skills
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience
