SYSTEM ENGINEERING AND NETWORK SPECIALIST

VGM Partners LLC is looking for an expert for the following ADB Project in Bhutan:

PROJECT NAME: Strengthening Public Management in Bhutan

ToR is available upon request.

Eligibility: All

POSITION: System engineering and network specialist (6 person-months, junior)

Qualifications and skills:

- University degree in information technology, business administration, engineering, economics or related fields, preferably at post graduate level or the equivalent.

- At least 8 years of relevant professional work experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) and development field.

- The specialist will preferably have worked previously in South Asia on international development assignments.

- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing teams in development projects.

- Fluency in English.

- Proficiency in report drafting.

Duration of the project: 30 months

Expected start date: 09-OCT-2013
